前言由于我国南方有些铁矿含砷,在废钢流通中,钢中含砷同题,已在全国很多钢厂的钢材中出现。除选矿、烧结时可以部份脱砷外,由炼铁到炼钢过程中,砷处于富集过程,最终存在钢中。关于砷对钢性能的影响,国内外都有一些研究,但是,过去的研究工作尚不够系统,除苏联有些钢种规定有砷含量的限量外,其他国家和我国,对钢中砷含量尚无限量标准。因此,在研究的基础上,为我国钢中砷含量确定合理的标准,并在发挥砷有利一面,研制含砷钢种,是一项很有意义的工作。结构钢是生产量最大的钢种,已有的研究工作认为砷会引起钢的韧性下降,但是,具体引起钢材发脆的砷的临界含量,各个研究者意见不一致。而结构钢的强度、硬度与抗蚀性,一般认为会因含砷而有不同程度的提高。因此,进一步探明砷对结构钢韧性的影响规律、找出砷对结构钢脆性转变温度的影响,将为确定我国结构钢中的砷含量标准,含砷结构钢在工程上(包括寒冷地区和条件下)是否可靠,以及发展含砷钢种都有重要意义。

The structural steel strength, hardness and corrosion resistance, generally considered to be due to containing arsenic and varying degrees of improvement. Therefore, to further explore the influence of arsenic on the toughness of structural steels and to find out the effect of arsenic on the brittle transition temperature of structural steels, to determine the arsenic content of structural steels in our country, the arsenic structural steels in engineering (including cold regions and Conditions) are reliable, and the development of arsenic-containing steel is of great significance.
