十多年来,对摩擦、磨损、润滑学的研究正以空前的规模开展。摩擦是现象,磨损是摩擦的结果,润滑是降低摩擦和减少磨损的重要措施,三者有着密切的联系。在钢铁厂开展对这门新学科的研究,不但可以节约能源,而且对提高钢铁产品的质量,减少轧钢设备备件的消耗,减少环境污染,加速现代化经济建设,都具有十分重要的意义。本文以上海地区轧钢设备为例,对摩擦、磨损以及润滑的现状作初步分析,并就开展钢铁厂摩擦学的研究,提出一些设想。
For more than a decade, research on friction, wear and lubricity is being carried out on an unprecedented scale. Friction is a phenomenon, wear and tear is the result of friction, lubrication is an important measure to reduce friction and reduce wear, the three are closely linked. Carrying out the research on this new discipline in steel mills not only saves energy, but also has great significance for improving the quality of steel products, reducing the consumption of spare parts for rolling equipment, reducing environmental pollution and accelerating the construction of a modern economy. Taking the rolling equipment in Shanghai as an example, this paper makes a preliminary analysis of the present status of friction, wear and lubrication, and puts forward some tentative ideas on the tribology of the steel plant.
