以就业为导向、以能力为本位的人才培育模式,是大学应用型英语人才的首要使命之一。对外经济的良好发展,要求高校建立一批“学历+能力”的高素质应用型英语人才。因此,高校可以通过对已有教学课程模式进行有效改革和工学结合的方式让学生做到理论与实践结合,同时加强对学生的正确就业观的有效引导等手段来达到提升应用型英语人才毕业生就业能力的最终目的。
