在20℃下,往盛有水的烧杯中不断加入Na NO3固体并搅拌,一段时间后烧杯底部有固体剩余,这是Na NO3饱和溶液吗?相信很多化学同行都会给出肯定的答案。若是以前,笔者也会非常肯定这就是Na NO3饱和溶液。无论是教材上的描述(百度百科中对饱和溶液的判断依据是“有固体剩余物”),还是同行的一些教学设计,基本上都对这种溶液是饱和溶液持肯定态度。然而,以下事情改变了笔者的这种看法。
