改革开放30年来,我国现代化建设取得了伟大成就。GDP总量已位居世界第二位,2010年人均GDP超过4000美元,达到世界中等偏下水平。总体上看,30年来广大人民的收入有了巨大的增长,生活有了明显的改善,但同时也要看到,我国现阶段国民收入的分配关系还存在不小的问题,社会保障体制很不健全,社会关系不够和谐。
