一天,我看到刚入园的小班孩子不会双脚交替走楼梯,有的孩子停在楼梯口不敢迈出步子,不禁感到奇怪。 那几天,我就有心站在楼梯口观察,发现每天来园时,50%以上的孩子是被家长抱着送上楼的。于是我明白,问题的根源在家长身上。其实上下楼能锻炼幼儿腿部力量,促进血液循环和呼吸系统的功能,增强机体的新陈代谢,刺激骨骼和肌肉的生长。陶行知先生说过要解放孩子的脚,孩子每天上下楼起码有五六次,我认为家长不应该“剥夺”孩子这一锻炼的机会和权利。
