在社会主义市场经济条件下,构建公共文化服务体系是传播社会主义先进文化、建设创新型国家和复兴中华民族的重要内容,如何确立和发挥文化馆在公共文化服务体系中的地位和作用成为当前必须尽快解决的重要课题。本文从公共文化服务体系的内涵出发,分析了文化馆的基本特征,阐述其在公共文化服务体系中的重要作用,并探索文化馆如何建立符合公共文化服务体系要求的可行路径。
Under the conditions of socialist market economy, building a public cultural service system is an important part of spreading the advanced socialist culture, building an innovative country and rejuvenating the Chinese nation.
