本文主要对农民工工资增长与建筑行业发展进行实证分析研究,本文梳理了天津市1995—2014年间的相关统计数据,主要运用时间序列数据分析,借助单位根检验、向量自回归模型等分析方法,得出结论:建筑行业应注重长期政策来保证对农民工工资增长的正向提高;产值利润率对农民工工资影响将长期处于微弱且较平稳水平;人均技术装备率对建筑行业农民工工资增长产生了较强影响。最后提出了促进宏观政策和企业管理方面的建议。
This paper mainly analyzes the growth of migrant workers’ salary and the development of construction industry. This paper reviews the relevant statistical data from 1995 to 2014 in Tianjin, mainly using time series data analysis, unit root test and vector autoregressive model, It concludes that the construction industry should pay attention to long-term policy to ensure a positive increase of migrant workers ’wages; the impact of output value on migrant workers’ wages will be weak and stable for a long time; per capita technical equipment rate will increase the wage of migrant workers in the construction industry Have a stronger influence. Finally, we put forward suggestions on promoting macroeconomic policy and enterprise management.
