Water resources and water pollution are already common problems faced by all countries in the world. With population growth and industrial development, the demand for fresh water is increasing. The pollution and unreasonable water use make the entire water resource decline. It is estimated that 60% of the land area on the Earth’s land is deficient in water resources and 43 countries are currently short of water. At the same time, industrial wastewater, municipal sewage, and surface turbulent water discharge large amounts of pollutants, especially large amounts of chemical toxicants, into water bodies.
