中华人民共和国教育部令第29号《高等学校信息公开办法》已经2010年3月30日第5次部长办公会议审议通过,现予公布,自2010年9月1日起施行。教育部部长袁贵仁二○一○年四月六日第一章总则第一条为了保障公民、法人和其他组织依法获取高等学校信息,促进高等学校依法治校,根据高等教育法和政府信息公开条例的有关规定,制定本办法。第二条高等学校在开展办学活动和提供社会公共服务过程中产生、制作、获取的以一定形式记录、保存的信息,应当按照有关法律法规和本办法的规定公开。
