目的:本文首次研究了两面针提取物在大鼠血液中的代谢。方法:大鼠灌胃后,收集血液,用HPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS分析。结果:本实验一共鉴定了23个化合物。本实验发现还原、甲基化、氧化是两面针中生物碱代谢的主要Ⅰ相反应,葡糖醛酸、硫酸结合是其主要的Ⅱ相代谢反应。结论:本实验为两面针的后续药理学研究奠定了一定的基础。
OBJECTIVE: This study first explores the metabolism of Alopecurus nigra extract in rat blood. Methods: After intragastric administration, blood was collected and analyzed by HPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS. Results: A total of 23 compounds were identified in this experiment. The experiment found that reduction, methylation and oxidation are the main phase Ⅰ reactions of alkaloid metabolism in the two-sided needle. Glucuronic acid and sulfuric acid are the main phase Ⅱ metabolic reactions. Conclusion: This experiment lays a solid foundation for the follow-up pharmacological study of two-sided needles.
