目前国内虽然在分别应用动态规划模型和电力系统的模拟模型解决水电规划问题上有过先例,但是把两者结合起来研究电力系统能源开发次序,由于受到状态空间太大、计算机时太长的困扰一直尚未实现。本文成功地探索了一种新方法——联合使用动态规划模型及整体模拟模型的策略优选梯级水电站开发次序。该方法的关键在于整体模拟模型的建立和交替循环使用动态规划模型和整体模拟模型策略的应用。这种方法不仅简化了计算,提高了运算速度,而且也满足了较高的精度要求,用它所计算的实例取得了满意的结果。

The calculated results of the method have achieved satisfactory results.
