在英明领袖华主席抓纲治国的战略决策指引下,为了探讨甘蔗良种培育和加速繁殖的新方法,我所于去年二月上旬至三月上旬进行了甘蔗组织培养的多种试验。试验第一批获得绿苗一百五十三株,移栽成活的植株现在苗高二百一十二厘米,分蘖力强,植株生长旺盛。第二批于八至九月经过改进培养条件及接种方法,又获得绿苗九百六十五株。到今年二月止,共得大小绿苗四千余株,还有几百块愈伤组织正在进行分化,并有一百多苗未经过分化培养就直接由蔗叶诱导成蔗株。从这几批试验结果看,甘蔗组织培养还
Guided by the strategic decision of Chairman Hua, the wise leader, in grasping the rule of the country, we conducted various experiments on sugarcane tissue culture from early February to early March last year in order to explore a new way to breed and accelerate the propagation of sugarcane. The first batch of green seedlings obtained test 153 strains of transplanted plants are now 212 cm high seedling height, tillering ability, plant growth. The second batch of eight to nine months after the improvement of culture conditions and methods of vaccination, and received green seedlings nine hundred and sixty-five strains.
