目前我国中小企业产品质量状况与经济发展要求有较大差距,产品档次低,质量差,抽查合格率低,假冒伪劣产品屡禁不止。国家经贸委、国家质量技术监督局近日为此发出通知,要求各地切实加强中小企业质量工作,维护市场秋序。这份通知要求各有关部门充分利用当前经济结构调整的有利时机,对技术落后、质量低劣、污染环境、浪费资源以及不符合安全生产条件的中小企业,依据国家法律和政策,运用有效的经济调控措施,予以淘汰和关闭。鼓励中小企业向“专、精、特、新”方向发展。中小企业要
