目的 :考察灯盏细辛黄酮Z 1,Z 2对纤维化的作用。方法 :结晶紫染色法和3H标记的脯氨酸掺入法测定化合物对成纤维细胞增殖和胶原合成的影响。结果 :灯盏细辛黄酮Z 1( 5 0 μg·ml-1)能显著抑制成纤维细胞的增殖 ,Z 1和Z 2 ( 6.2 5～ 5 0 μg·ml-1)能剂量依赖性地抑制细胞内胶原合成。结论 :灯盏细辛黄酮体外有抗纤维化作用
Objective: To investigate the effect of Erigeron breviscapus flavone Z 1, Z 2 on fibrosis. Methods: Crystal violet staining and 3H labeled proline incorporation assay were used to determine the effect of compounds on fibroblast proliferation and collagen synthesis. Results: Z 1 (50 μg · ml -1) could significantly inhibit the proliferation of fibroblasts. Z 1 and Z 2 (6.2 5 ~ 50 μg · ml -1) inhibited cells in a dose-dependent manner Collagen synthesis. Conclusion: Erigeron flavonoids anti-fibrosis in vitro
