针对国企基层政工干部队伍建设问题,对国企基层政工干部队伍的建设思路进行研究。先介绍了国企基层政工干部队伍建设中存在的问题,再根据国企的实际情况,对基层政工干部队伍建设的方法进行研究。以进一步加深相关单位对国企政工干部队伍建设的认识,为更好的推动国企发展奠定基础。
In view of the issue of the building of the ranks of the grassroots political work cadres in state-owned enterprises, this paper studies the construction ideas of the ranks of the grass-roots political workers at the state-owned enterprises. First of all, the paper introduces the problems existing in the construction of grassroots cadres at the basic level in state-owned enterprises. Based on the actual conditions of the state-owned enterprises, it studies the methods of the building of cadres at the grassroots level. In order to further deepen the relevant units on the building of state-owned enterprises, political cadres awareness, in order to better promote the development of state-owned enterprises to lay the foundation.
