Introduced Pro / E based roadheader Top-down design. This paper elaborates the creation process of the skeleton assembly (including the position skeleton, the parameter skeleton and the secondary interface skeleton), the skeleton of each sub-assembly and the parts model of the walking department. It provides a brand new idea for the design of roadheader.
