目的:观察温控消融导管射频消融治疗右室流出道室性期前收缩的作用。方法:对44例右室流出道室性期前收缩患者随机分为2组,普通消融导管组使用非温控消融导管,温控消融导管组使用温控消融导管,比较2种消融导管消融治疗右室流出道室性期前收缩的有效性、手术时间及X线曝光时间。结果:2种方法的手术成功率差异无统计学意义,但手术时间和X线曝光时间温控消融导管组明显短于普通消融导管组(均P<0·05)。结论:温控消融导管消融治疗右室流出道室性期前收缩疗效确切,可缩短手术操作时间和减少X线曝光时间。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of temperature-controlled ablation catheter radiofrequency ablation on premature ventricular contraction in right ventricular outflow tract. Methods: Forty-four patients with right ventricular outflow tract premature ventricular contractions were randomly divided into two groups. The non-temperature-controlled ablation catheter was used in the common ablation catheter group and the temperature-controlled ablation catheter was used in the ablation catheter. Right ventricular outflow tract systolic ventricular contraction effectiveness, operation time and X-ray exposure time. Results: There was no significant difference between the two methods in the success rate of operation, but the operation time and X-ray exposure time were significantly shorter in the ablation catheter group than those in the ablation catheter group (all P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Temperature controlled ablation catheter ablation is effective in treating ventricular premature ventricular contraction, which can shorten the operation time and reduce the X-ray exposure time.
