干部考核是组织部门对干部的德才状况和工作业绩进行评价的一项重要工作。制定一套科学、规范、有效的考核机制,将干部考准、考全、考实,是干部管理工作中值得重视和研究的重要课题。近几年,我们在干部考核内容、程序、结果等方面进行了有益尝试及探索,取得了良好效果,对加强领导班子和干部队伍建设,改进和完善干部考核评价工作积累了有益的经验。
The assessment of cadres is an important task that organizes departments to evaluate cadres’ ability of virtue and work and their performance. To formulate a scientific, standardized and effective assessment mechanism that examines and tests cadres in examinations and tests is an important issue that deserves our attention and research in the work of cadre management. In recent years, we have conducted useful attempts and exploration in cadre examination contents, procedures and results and achieved good results. We have accumulated useful experience in strengthening the leadership team and the contingent of cadres and in improving and perfecting cadre assessment and evaluation work.
