患者,女,75岁,汉族,45 kg,因间断胸闷、气促、心悸、近期加重入院。入院诊断:①冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,三支病变、陈旧性下后壁、右室心肌梗死、不稳定型心胶痛、心功能Ⅱ级;②高血压病3级、极高危组。体检:T 36.2℃、P72次/min、R 20次/min、BP 130/80 mmHg、餐后2 h血糖
The patient, female, 75 years old, Han nationality, 45 kg, due to intermittent chest tightness, shortness of breath, palpitations, recently admitted to hospital. Admission diagnosis: ① coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, three lesions, the old inferior posterior wall, right ventricular myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, cardiac function Ⅱ; ② hypertension 3, very high risk group .
