应用酶联免疫吸附测定法（ＥＬＩＳＡ）检测了哈尔滨市市售面粉、玉米粉和大米中Ｔ－２毒素含量，发现面粉样品阳性率为７０％，平均含量为１１．６ｎｇ／ｇ，最高含量为３６ｎｇ／ｇ；玉米粉样品阳性率为６０％，平均含量为１１．０７ｎｇ／ｇ，最高含量为４４．８ｎｇ／ｇ；大米样品阳性率为２０％，平均含量为２．０９ｎｇ／ｇ，最高含量为１２．７０ｎｇ／ｇ。对上述结果做了扼要讨论。
The content of T-2 toxin in commercially available flour, corn flour and rice in Harbin was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
