班主任作为一个班级的领头人,除正常的教学工作外,还肩负着班级管理的任务。在目前新课程改革继续深入的背景下,针对班主任的管理工作也有着新的要求。因此班主任在这一改革趋势下要推陈出新、积极创新,提升班级管理的能力。在本文中,笔者对班主任管理工作的作用以及实施策略进行探讨,以供参考。
