党的十五届六中全会作出了《关于加强和改进党的作风建设的决定》,并强调要大力开展调查研究,省公司也确定今年为“求真务实、作风建设年”。将求真务实和作风建设联系起来是十分重要的。要求真务实,调查研究是必然要求,求真务实作风建设的重要表现反映在调查研究上,也可以说,一个单位的领导要改进作风,就应该从调查研究开始。现在强调改进党的作风,包括思想作风、学风、工作作风、领导作风和干部生活作风五个方面,而这五个方面突出问题的解决都离不开实事求是,离不开调查研究。思想作风主要是要坚持党的解放思想、实事求是的思想路线。可是如果你不认真地去调查研究,又怎么能说得上实事求是呢?学
