方法:通过对本院3种型号2 0台POCT血糖仪测定血液葡萄糖结果,同时同步与已经建立的实验室血糖测试方法己糖激酶法的测定结果进行对照试验。用SPSS统计软件进行统计分析。结果:不同血糖浓度测定值中,低值水平为5 . 36±0 . 5 5 ,CV为10 . 2 6 ;中值为8. 94±0 . 6 3,CV为7 .0 5 ;高值为19 .33±1 .4 5 ,CV为7 .5 %。LIFESCAN血糖仪测定结果更接近实验室方法(P >0 . 0 5 )。强生、雅培两种型号血糖仪全血、血浆校正前平均百分偏差比较:强生、雅培分别为,低值水平:-8. 72 %、7. 36 % ;中值水平:6 . 5 1%、6 .18% ;高值水平:2 . 2 2 %、10 . 2 0 %。校正后平均百分偏差比较:低值水平:0 . 4 4 %、2. 0 9% ;中值水平:6 .0 5 %、16. 91% ;高值水平:12. 78%、1 .0 0 %。均未超出NCCLS规定范围。结论:POCT每一个测试都是独立的,及易出现差异。建立有效质保体系和管理规范,进一步提高POCT的质量,如稳定性与实验室方法的一致性,极其重要。
Methods: Blood glucose was measured by 3 models of POCT blood glucose meter in our hospital, and the results of the hexokinase assay were compared with those of the established laboratory blood sugar test simultaneously. Using SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis. Results: Among the different blood glucose levels, the low level was 5.36 ± 0.55, the CV was 10.26, the median was 8.44 ± 0.63, the CV was 7.05, the high 19.33 ± 1.54 and CV was 7.5%. LIFESCAN blood glucose meter test results closer to the laboratory method (P> 0.05). Johnson & Johnson, Abbott two types of blood glucose meter blood, the average percentage deviation before plasma correction: Johnson & Abbott, respectively, low value levels: -8 72%, 7.36%; median level: 6.51% , 6.18%; high value levels: 2.222%, 10.2%. Average percentage deviation after correction: Low level: 0.4 4%, 2.09%; Median level: 6.05%, 16.91%; High level: 12.78%, 1. 0 0%. Neither did it exceed the NCCLS rules. Conclusion: POCT is independent of each test, and prone to differences. It is extremely important to set up an effective quality assurance system and management practices to further improve the quality of POCT, such as consistency with laboratory methods.
