辽河油田金马三区天然气生产量逐年降低,但随着产液量和含水的上升,天然气自耗量却逐年升高,而根据金马油田开发公司2013年采油工程系统生产管理指标安排的相关规定:天然气自耗量不能超过150×10~4m~3/a。为此,降低区块内的天然气自耗量成为重点工作。金马三区黄沙坨区块天然气自耗量主要由井口加热炉、站间外输炉、采暖炉及小一集处理站原油进站加热炉等设备的日常消耗构成。目前采取的节能措施主要为油井冷输和站间外输控温,
