造血干细胞的自我更新以及定向分化能力,受多种造血生长因子的调控,白细胞介素(IL)3、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子、IL-5在其中发挥重要的作用,这些细胞因子与靶细胞表面受体结合通过激活下游信号通路发挥生物学功能。研究表明急性髓系白血病患者中存在IL-3、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子及其受体的异常表达且常伴有髓系相关的转录因子的突变与功能失调。因此,研究者推测急性髓系白血病分化受阻可能与IL-3受体系统的异常表达有关,而后者又受髓系相关的转录因子的表达调控。
The self-renewal of hematopoietic stem cells, as well as the ability to direct differentiation, are regulated by various hematopoietic growth factors, and interleukin (IL) 3, granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor and IL-5 play an important role in them. Studies have shown that abnormal expression of IL-3, granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor and its receptors exists in patients with acute myeloid leukemia and is often accompanied by mutations and dysfunction of myeloid-associated transcription factors. Therefore, the researchers speculate that obstruction of acute myeloid leukemia may be related to the abnormal expression of IL-3 receptor system, which in turn is regulated by the expression of myeloid-related transcription factors.
