目的 探究消化内科内镜微创治疗患者行规范化围手术期护理干预的效果?方法 根据不同护理方案将2020年1月至2021年8月收治的100例入组患者分为对照组(50例，常规围手术期护理)与观察组(50例，规范化围手术期护理)，统计分析两组的护理效果?结果 护理后观察组焦虑?抑郁评分低于对照组(P < 0.05)，首次下床时间?正常饮食时间?住院时间以及切口愈合时间均短于对照组(P < 0.05)，遵医依从率高于对照组(P 0.05)，护理满意度评分高于对照组(P“,”Objective To explore the effect of standardized perioperative nursing intervention in patients with endoscopic minimally invasive treatment in gastroenterology. Methods According to different nursing schemes， 100 patients (admitted from January 2020 to August 2021) were divided into control group (50 cases， routine perioperative nursing) and observation group (50 cases， standardized perioperative nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results After nursing， the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05)， the first time out of bed， normal diet， hospitalization and wound healing time in the control group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05)， the compliance rate was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05)， the score of nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Standardized perioperative nursing for patients with endoscopic minimally invasive treatment in gastroenterology can obtain better nursing effect. The scientific application of this nursing model is conducive to the early recovery of patients\' physical and mental health， the improvement of medical compliance behavior， the prevention of adverse events and the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
