10月14日,欧盟委员会(“调查机关”)发布立案公告,宣布对进口自中国的卡客车新轮胎和翻新轮胎(简称“被调查产品”)启动反补贴调查。反补贴调查期间为2016年7月1日至2017年6月30日;损害调查期自2014年1月1日至调查期间结束。据了解,本次调查由反对不公平轮胎进口同盟(the coalition against unfair tyres imports,简称“申请人”)于2017年8月31日提起。其代表的欧盟卡客车新胎和翻新胎生产商的生产量超过欧盟总产量
On October 14, the European Commission (“Investigation Institution”) issued a notice of filing and announced the launch of a countervailing investigation on new and imported passenger car tires imported from China (“Products Under Investigation”).
