绞股蓝 Gynostemma pentaphyllum(T-hunb.)Makino 为葫芦科绞股蓝属植物。本实验室以温州制药厂提供的绞股蓝提取物灌胃大鼠,观察其对长时间游泳大鼠血糖、肌糖元等一些生化指标的影响,以探讨绞股蓝抗疲劳作用机理。
Gynostemma pentaphyllum (T-hunb.) Makino is a Cucurbitaceae genus Gynostemma. In our laboratory, Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract from Wenzhou Pharmaceutical Factory was intragastrically administered to observe its effects on some biochemical indexes such as blood glucose and muscle glycogen in long-time swimming rats to explore the anti-fatigue mechanism of Gynostemma pentaphyllum.
