以病级为指标, 对 4 个杂交组合正反交 F1 进行了抗病性调查, 发现正反交 F1 之间无显著性差异, 表明纹枯病抗性遗传属于核遗传。同时调查 5 对杂交组合 F2 群体的纹枯病抗性, F2 植株比例都不符合质量性状的遗传特征。运用王建康和盖钧镒设计的主多基因混合遗传模型分离世代分析方法, 以及亲本、 F1 和 F2 方差分析方法, 分析 5 个杂交组合的纹枯病抗性遗传, 结果其至少受 10~13 对主基因和一些微效多基因的共同控制, 且遗传率在 3169% ~5709% 。
Disease grade was used as an index to investigate the disease resistance of reciprocal cross F1 of four cross combinations. The results showed that there was no significant difference between F1 and F1, indicating that the sheath blight resistance belongs to nuclear inheritance. At the same time, the resistance to sheath blight of F2 populations in 5 pairs of crosses was investigated, and the proportion of F2 plants did not accord with the genetic characteristics of quality traits. The genetics of resistance to sheath blight of 5 cross combinations were analyzed using the method of principal generation and polygene mixed inheritance model designed by Wang Jiankang and Gai Junyi and their parents, F1 and F2 analysis of variance. 0 ~ 1 3 on the main genes and some micro-multi-gene co-control, and the heritability of 31 69% ~ 57 09%.
