合成出了3个新型基于咔唑-氨基硫脲席夫碱衍生物.利用裸眼、紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱和质谱研究了代表2-[(N-庚烷-咔唑-3-基)甲叉基]肼硫代甲酰胺(L_2)对阳离子的识别性能.实验结果显示,该化合物水溶性良好,可以在DMSO-H_2O(V∶V=6∶4,Tris-HCl缓冲液,pH=7.0)的体系中使用.当加入Cu~(2+)时,化合物L_2的DMSO-H_2O溶液显示出明显的颜色变化,由无色变为黄色,而其它阳离子无明显颜色变化.这表明,席夫碱L_2可作为裸眼识别Cu~(2+)的探针.荧光光谱分析实验发现,在DMSO-H_2O(V∶V=6∶4,Tris-HCl缓冲液,pH=7.0)溶剂中,探针L_2是对Cu~(2+)具有高选择性和灵敏度的荧光猝灭型探针.探针L_2与Cu~(2+)的结合常数为3.42×104 L·mol~(-1),检测限为8.96×10-6 mol·L~(-1).MS分析显示,L_2与Cu~(2+)的络合比为1∶1.探针L_2对Cu~(2+)的检测限低于世界卫生组织(WHO)规定的饮用水中Cu~(2+)的最大含量20?mol·L~(-1).
Three novel carbazole-thiosemicarbazone-based Schiff base derivatives were synthesized and their structures were characterized by naked eye, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The results showed that 2 - [(N -heptane- carbazol-3-yl) Methylidene] hydrazinecarbothioamide (L_2) on the cation.Experimental results show that the compound has good water solubility and can be prepared in the presence of DMSO-H 2 O (V: V = 6: 4, Tris-HCl buffer, pH = 7.0) .When Cu 2+ was added, the DMSO-H 2 O solution of compound L 2 showed obvious color change from colorless to yellow, while other cations showed no obvious color change.This indicated that the number of seats L 2 could be used as a probe to detect Cu 2+ in the naked eye.Fluorescence spectroscopy analysis showed that in the solvent of DMSO-H 2 O (V:V = 6: 4, Tris-HCl buffer, pH = 7.0) L_2 is a fluorescence quenching probe with high selectivity and sensitivity to Cu 2+. The binding constant of L_2 to Cu 2+ is 3.42 × 104 L · mol -1, The detection limit was 8.96 × 10-6 mol·L -1 .MS analysis showed that the complex ratio of L_2 to Cu 2+ was 1: 1.
