目的识别与分析某双氟化工有限公司仓库工程的职业病危害因素,并进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法运用职业卫生现场调查、工程分析、检查表法等方法分析该项目的职业病危害定性,并评价其职业病危害的防护效果。结果该公司仓库工程存在的职业病危害因素包括化学毒物(氟化物、氟化氢、硫酸、磷酸、氨、氢氧化钠)、噪声和高温等。检测结果显示:化学毒物的合格率均为100%、噪声、高温等危害因素的检测结果均符合国家卫生标准的要求。结论本项目属职业病危害较重的建设项目。综合各方面分析,在确保各类防护设施有效运行、保证生产设备正常运转的情况下,该项目在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards of warehouse operations in a certain difluoride chemical company and to evaluate the control effects of occupational hazards. Methods The occupational disease hazards of the project were analyzed by occupational health field survey, engineering analysis and checklist method, and the protective effect of occupational hazards was evaluated. Results The occupational hazards of the company’s warehouse engineering include chemical poisons (fluoride, hydrogen fluoride, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, ammonia, sodium hydroxide), noise and heat. Test results show that: the passing rate of chemical poisons are 100%, the detection results of the noise, high temperature and other hazardous factors are in line with national health standards. Conclusion This project is a construction project with serious occupational hazards. Comprehensive analysis of all aspects, in ensuring the effective operation of various types of protective equipment to ensure the normal operation of production equipment, the project is feasible in the control of occupational hazards.
