新时期,机关党建工作应紧紧围绕党的十七大提出的全面建设小康社会的新要求,要着力于理念、内容、形式、机制这四个方面展开创新工作。

In the new period, the work of building the organs of the Party should closely focus on the new requirements put forward by the 17th CPC National Congress in building an overall well-to-do society. We must focus our efforts on innovation in these four aspects: concept, content, form and mechanism.
