我厂为测量工件內表面(平面或圆住面)的硬度,我们在硬度计上装上如图所示的V型铁和弓形支架,从而解决了这一问题。弓形支架的上端是套在原来装金刚石锥头的锥头座內,用紧固螺钉固紧在硬渡计上,而把金刚石锥头移装到弓形支架的下端直径为φ6.4~(+0.03)的孔內,用紧固螺钉固紧。工件通过V形铁支持在硬度计的托盘上,这样就可以测量硬度了。经过实际使用证明,这种方法所测出的硬度值很准确。
Our factory in order to measure the inner surface of the workpiece (flat or round surface) hardness, we installed on the durometer as shown in the V-shaped iron and bow-shaped bracket, which solved this problem. The upper end of the arched bracket is sleeved in the cone seat of the original diamond conical head and fastened with a fastening screw on the hard transition meter while the lower end of the diamond cone is fixed to the arched bracket with a diameter of φ6.4 to (+ 0.03) hole, with fastening screws. The work piece is supported on the durometer pallet by the V-shaped iron so that the hardness can be measured. After the actual use of proof, this method measured the hardness value is very accurate.
