2016年6月1日北京正式上汛。在汛期来临之际,北京市委、市政府及各级领导高度重视防汛工作,5月22日,海河防汛抗旱工作会议在北京召开,会议分析了2016年流域防汛抗旱形势,要求流域各省市立足防大汛、抗大早、救大灾,聚焦薄弱环节、突出重点部位,实化细化工作措施,以100%的准备应对1%的可能,确保海河流域安全度汛;
