从国土资源部举办的“房地产市场土地供应调控情况座谈会”上获悉,28个城市的国土资源管理部门采取四大措施加强土地供应调控,以控制房价过快上涨。一是加大土地供应结构调控力度。各地中低价位普通商品房和经济适用住房用地的供应比例明显增大。上海今年计划供应普通商品房用地2000公顷,比去年的765公顷增加138%。占今年住宅用地供应总量的2/3; 天津今年安排经济适用住房用地240公顷,占住宅供应的15%,较2004年增加3个百分点。
It was learned from the Symposium on the Regulation of Land Supply in the Real Estate Market organized by the Ministry of Land and Resources that the land and resources administrations of 28 cities took four measures to step up land supply control so as to control the excessive rise of house prices. First, increase the intensity of land supply structure regulation. The proportion of the supply of ordinary low-cost commercial housing and affordable housing has been significantly increased. Shanghai plans to supply 2000 hectares of common commercial housing for land for sale this year, an increase of 138% over last year’s 765 hectares. Accounting for 2/3 of the total supply of residential land this year. Tianjin has allocated 240 hectares of affordable housing this year, accounting for 15% of the housing supply, an increase of 3 percentage points over 2004.
