目的:探讨人在场时紫外线( U V)风筒与消毒剂协同对空气的消毒效果。方法:采用紫外线风筒及过氧乙酸协同作用,对无菌室和普通办公室喷雾白色葡萄球菌后和模拟现场(人在场)消毒实验,于开始消毒前及消毒后不同时段采样检测菌数。结果: U V 风筒消毒15 m in 后空气中白色葡萄球菌可减少92% 以上,对模拟现场消毒1 h 自然菌减少73% 。 U V 风筒与过氧乙酸协同作用时,消毒15 m in 对空气中白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率可达99.6% 以上,模拟现场对自然菌的杀菌率可提高至94% 以上。结论: U V 风筒与消毒剂协同作用可作为人在场时较好的空气消毒方法,不仅可用于一般室内空气消毒,也可用于无菌室的空气消毒。
Objective: To explore the effect of ultraviolet (U V) ventilation tube and disinfectant on air disinfection in presence of human. Methods: Using ultraviolet tube and peracetic acid synergistic effect, sterile and common office spray Staphylococcus aureus and simulated field (human presence) disinfection experiments, before beginning disinfection and disinfection at different time after sampling the number of bacteria. Results: Staphylococcus aureus was reduced by 92% in the air after disinfecting for 15 m in U V, and 73% in natural sterilization for 1 h in simulated field. When disinfecting 15 m in synergistic effect with peracetic acid, the killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus in air can reach over 99.6%. The germicidal rate of natural bacteria can be increased to more than 94% at simulated site. Conclusion: The synergistic effect of U V hairdryer and disinfectant can be used as a good air disinfection method in the presence of human beings. It can be used not only for general indoor air disinfection but also for air disinfection in sterile rooms.
