当前 ,学术界对“创新”的研究可以概括为两个方面 :一是对技术创新的研究 ,二是对制度创新的研究。它们分别形成了技术创新经济学和制度创新经济学两个流派。两派之争集中体现在 :是技术变迁决定制度变迁 ,还是相反 ?本文中 ,笔者无意陷于技术决定论与制度决定论之争 ,而是另辟蹊径 ,通过对企业技术创新的激励机制的深入分析 ,凸现出企业技术创新的激励机制系统 ,并且通过对各个层次激励机制的深入分析 ,达到对制度与企业技术创新之间关系的深层次分析。
At present, the academic research on “innovation” can be summed up in two aspects: one is the research of technological innovation and the other is the research of system innovation. They form the two schools of technological innovation economics and institutional innovation economics respectively. The dispute between the two factions focuses on whether the change of technology determines the institutional change or on the contrary.
