患者是一位40岁妇女,因产后疑有心肌梗塞作~(99m)Tc-MIBI心肌灌注显像.静脉注射剂量490MBq.检查期间病人暂停哺乳,用负压泵吸出乳汁.从图像上看乳腺部位有~(99m)Tc-MIBI聚集,但经乳汁分泌的量极少.注射~(99m)Tc-MIBI后起初4小时,乳汁中放射性含量是0.49kBq/ml,分泌最85ml,放射性活度占注射量的0.0040%.随后分泌的乳汁中放射性含量迅速减少.注射核素后24小时乳汁总量448ml,放射性活度占注射量的0.0084%.
The patient was a 40-year-old woman with ~ (99m) Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging because of postpartum suspected myocardial infarction. The intravenous dose was 490 MBq. During the study, the patient was suspended from breastfeeding and the breast pump was aspirated with a negative pressure pump.
