吉迈黄河大桥第二孔桥面,系采用苏联1954年二月九日苏联汽车运输与公路部颁布的“苏联桥涵标准图第10~11册”20米跨径H—13,拖一60级载重的预制装配式上部构造。为了解决缺乏震捣设备,便于人工灌注和插捣钢筋混凝土,将主梁宽度由15厘米改为18厘米,隔梁由宽13厘米改15厘米,使净保护层由1厘米增加至2.5厘米,另外为便于预制施工,将原设计桥面板改为同厚12厘米,每具T字梁重约23吨左右。我们缺乏此项施工经验,工地没有起重机械,小钢轨或平车等设备,级研究后决定利用三个手摇轻型绞车(5吨一具,3吨二具),四个千斤顶(15吨二只,10吨二只),四个工地自制方形沙箱采取平拉和下降过程进行安装,兹将安装过程介绍如下:
