目的: 探讨脑室内血肿对丘脑背侧神经元是否具有毒性损伤作用。方法: 在鼠脑室内注血后6 小时, 观察丘脑背侧神经元的病理组织学改变, 检测丘脑背侧组织ATP酶活性及Na+ 、K+ 、Ca2+ 含量。结果: 脑室内注血后6 小时, 丘脑背侧神经元虽未见明显坏死, 但胞内结构已开始发生变化, Na+ - K+ - ATP酶、Ca2+ - ATP酶活性明显降低, Na+ 、Ca2+ 含量则明显增高。结论: 脑室内血肿对丘脑背侧神经元具有毒性损伤作用。
Objective: To investigate whether intracerebral hematoma has a toxic effect on dorsal thalamic neurons. Methods: The histopathological changes of dorsal thalamic neurons were observed 6 hours after intracerebroventricular injection of blood in rats. The activities of ATPase and Na +, K + and Ca2 + in the dorsal thalamus were measured. Results: The dorsal thalamic neurons did not show obvious necrosis at 6 hours after intracerebroventricular injection of blood, but the intracellular structure began to change. The activities of Na + - K + - ATPase and Ca2 + - ATPase were significantly decreased. The contents of Na + and Ca2 + Significantly higher. Conclusion: Intraventricular hematoma has a toxic effect on dorsal thalamic neurons.
