改革开放以来,随着我国经济的迅速发展与对外开放,我国企业的数量在不断增加的同时,来自内部和外部的竞争也是空前的。如何能在信息化的时代立足是企业当前面临的迫切任务,而如何实现企业的有效管理则是企业立于不败之地的重要保障。由于我国的企业管理思想主要是借鉴西方的理念,与我国的现实状况存在一定的差距,在实际的企业管理操作中出现了一系列的问题,因此,我国企业的管理既需要革新企业管理理念,又需要实现新的转型。据此,笔者考察了西方当代企业管理的逻辑与中国企业管理的现状,以期从中西结合的角度找到解决当代我国企业管理转型的方法。

At the same time, the competition from the inside and outside is also unprecedented. How to get a foothold in the era of informationization is an urgent task currently faced by enterprises and how to realize effective management of enterprises is an important guarantee for an enterprise to remain invincible. Because our country’s business management theory mainly draws on the concept of the West and has a certain gap with the reality of our country, there are a series of problems in the actual operation and management of the enterprise. Therefore, the management of our country needs to innovate the concept of enterprise management, Also need to achieve a new transformation. Accordingly, the author examines the logic of contemporary Western enterprise management and the status quo of Chinese business management, with a view to find a solution to the contemporary Chinese enterprise management transition from the perspective of combining Chinese and Western.
