对水利水电工程建设过程中存在的风险,必须进行项目风险管理。结合百色水利枢纽工程的实际情况,提出工程风险管理应以“防止为主、积极规避、合理转移”为指导思想,针对不同的风险采用不同的控制措施。水电工程风险管理应在风险预测上下功夫。
For the risks in the process of water conservancy and hydropower project construction, project risk management must be carried out. According to the actual situation of Baise Project, it is suggested that engineering risk management should adopt the guiding ideology of “prevention, active evasion and reasonable transfer” and adopt different control measures according to different risks. Hydropower project risk management should make great efforts in risk prediction.
