话剧向戏曲传统学习的问题,现在提出已不是什么新问题,而是进一步探讨如何向戏曲传统学习,以便在话剧艺术中实现民族化、群众化,使话剧艺术更好地为政治、为生产、为工农兵服务.自一九五九年三月份省文化局召开剧团团长会议之后,关于提高话剧质量和话剧向戏曲传统学习的问题,引起了我团全体演职员的注意.一年多来,由于领导重视,绝大多数同志的努力钻研,大胆尝试,在学习戏曲传统方面取得了一定成绩.但我们的工作,才仅仅是开始,缺点很多.现在谈一谈,主要是为了共同研究,共同提高.
