目的分析Clusterin和p53在大肠腺癌中的表达,并进行相关性研究。方法选择2010年1月—2012年12月手术切除的大肠腺癌术后蜡块标本56例,采用免疫组织化学(免疫组化)法检测Clusterin和p53蛋白在大肠腺癌中的表达情况,计数资料比较采用χ2检验,采用Spearman进行相关分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 Clusterin和p53在大肠腺癌中阳性表达率分别为87.5%和89.3%,与组织分化程度、浸润程度以及淋巴结转移之间有显著关系,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Clusterin和p53蛋白的表达呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.81,P<0.05)。结论 Clusterin和p53的表达对大肠腺癌的发生、发展起着重要作用。
Objective To analyze the expression of Clusterin and p53 in colorectal adenocarcinoma and to study the relationship between them. Methods Fifty-six paraffin-embedded specimens of colorectal adenocarcinoma were collected from January 2010 to December 2012. The expression of Clusterin and p53 protein in colorectal adenocarcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry (IHC) Data comparison using χ2 test, Spearman correlation analysis, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The positive rates of Clusterin and p53 in colorectal adenocarcinoma were 87.5% and 89.3%, respectively. There was a significant relationship between the expression of Clusterin and p53 in the degree of differentiation, infiltration and lymph node metastasis (all P <0.05). Clusterin and p53 protein expression was positively correlated, the difference was statistically significant (r = 0.81, P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of Clusterin and p53 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
