王××女57岁农民住院号580021985年9月右侧头部阵发性剧痛。曾在本院及其它医院多次就诊,均诊断为三叉神经痛,服用卡马西平等药物无效,且发作愈加频繁,疼痛加重。1986年3月出现右侧口角歪斜,右眼睑闭合不全。以后右眼麻痹性内斜,复视,未查明原因,仍在我院及其它医院就诊。诊断为右侧面瘫,右眼麻痹性内斜视。给予维生素B_1,B_(12)、及针灸等治疗无效。5月1日右眼视力0.1,睫状充血(++),角膜浅层灰白色浸润,角膜反射消
