我国旅游业迅猛发展,吸引了大量国内外游客,同时近年来国内外的突发性危机事件频繁发生,又严重影响了游客对旅游目的地的信心。因此,对旅游危机管理成为当务之急。从旅游企业层面实施旅游危机营销战略,具体包括建立危机管理制度;在危机中积极进行自救;建立企业危机管理预警系统和危机应对处理系统;培养和强化企业管理人员的危机意识;建立与公众的良好、高效的信息沟通系统。
The rapid development of China’s tourism industry has attracted a large number of domestic and foreign tourists.
