针对武汉城市圈建设项目群投资结构优化决策问题,利用动态规划的思想建立投资决策数学模型,并用动态规划方法对数学模型求解。从统筹整个城市圈的角度,得出在固定的城市建设资金总额下,整个城市圈所能获得最大效益(值),以及此时的最佳投资决策方案。当项目群包含的建设项目数量较多、投入资金数额较大时,用手工计算则变得十分繁琐。为了提高决策的效果和效率,引入了计算机算法来实现该动态规划数学模型的求解,对武汉城市圈建设的项目群投资决策具有重要的指导意义。
Aiming at the optimization decision-making of investment structure of Wuhan metropolitan area construction project group, the mathematical model of investment decision-making is established by using the idea of dynamic programming, and the dynamic programming method is used to solve the mathematical model. From the perspective of co-ordinating the entire city circle, we can draw the conclusion that the maximum profit (value) can be obtained for the entire metropolitan area under the fixed urban construction capital sum, and the best investment decision-making plan at this time. When the project group contains a large number of construction projects, a large amount of investment, the manual calculation becomes very cumbersome. In order to improve the effect and efficiency of decision-making, a computer algorithm is introduced to solve the mathematical model of dynamic programming, which has an important guiding significance for investment decision-making of project clusters in the construction of Wuhan urban agglomeration.
