鲁西银行是抗日战争时期在鲁西区成立的,与其他根据地银行相比,不仅规模小,而且历程短。但是,它在晋冀鲁豫及华北平原广大地区却有着广泛的影响,为抗日战争和解放战争的最后胜利做出了贡献,在中国革命根据地金融货币史上有着重要的地位。1938年春,八路军一一五师和一二九师各一部来到冀鲁豫边区,结合地方武装抗日,开始了根据地创建工作。1939
Rush Bank was established during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression in the Western Regions. Compared with other banks in the base area, the Bank is not only small but short in history. However, it has extensive influence in the areas of Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong and Henan and the North China Plain. It contributed to the eventual victory of the Anti-Japanese War and the War of Liberation and played an important role in the history of the financial and monetary affairs in the Chinese revolutionary base. In the spring of 1938, one hundred and fifty divisions of the Eighth Route Army and one hundred and nine divisions each came to the border area of Hebei, Shandong and Henan and started the work of creating base areas in response to the armed resistance by local armed forces. 1939
