以丙烯酸酯及其衍生物作为主单体,丙烯酸和丙烯酸羟乙酯等为功能性单体,通过半连续乳液聚合,合成了丙烯酸酯乳液。讨论了乳化剂对单体转化率、乳液粒径以及其他性能的影响,结果表明:乳化剂用量的增加可以提高单体的转化速率,但会使得乳液的粒径减少,从而使得乳液的稳定性得到提高;同时随着乳化剂含量的提高,其180°C剥离强度和初粘力先提高后减少,其压敏胶的内聚强度却稍微降低。
